Auction Items: RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON AUCTION ITEMS. SEE OUR LEGAL EXPLANATION BELOW.

Store Items: All items sold AS IS. Returns are accepted ONLY if the item was not as described in the store. Item must NOT have been used in anyway and still have packaging. (We will not except it back if it has been placed on the horse). Buyer must contact us through eBay's 'Ask seller a question' link to initiate a return within 3 days of receiving the item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Items returned will be given a store credit unless arranged. By Law we cannot return any item that has been removed from package and placed on a horse or animal.  We do not refund the freight amount!

WE ARE NOT THE OWNER OR SELLER OF THESE GOODS, BUT MERELY A BAILEE ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SELLER TO FACILITATE THE SALE OF THE GOODS BY HOLDING THE GOODS UNTIL SUCH TIME AS A SALE IS COMPLETED AND THE GOODS ARE SHIPPED TO THE BUYER.

We have used our best efforts to inspect the item(s) for sale and create descriptions and furnish photographs that fairly and adequately depict the type, condition and image of the goods at the time of sale. We make no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the condition or suitability of the goods and to the extent allowed by law, specifically disclaims any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose.

Don't bid on our items if you do not agree with our policies.  Before you bid or buy if you have questions, call first.  Our number is 530-677-9603 8:00am-3:00pm Mon-Fri (PST).  In most cases we are not the owner/seller of these goods. We take these goods on consignment by the owner for a fee.  In some cases we may have more than one of the item, we do not control the price the seller lists the item at, at anytime. We CANNOT negotiate any kind of discounts with the seller. Many items are one of a kind and may never be offered again.

There is no negotiation on the shipping. It is stated clearly on all items and we do not combine shipping price unless it is clearly indicated on that item. THERE IS A HANDLING FEE FOR EACH ITEM.

WE COMBINE ORDERS ONLY FOR CONVENIENCE OF PAYING FOR IT AT ONE TIME. THE SHIPPING PRICE WILL NOT BE REDUCED, DISCOUNTED OR COMBINED.

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE USA.
