This Breast Collar is constructed of 3/4" Beta Biothane and the saddle tugs are made out of 1/2" Beta Biothane. It's adjustable on the breast straps, girth strap and tugs. Designed for comfort that fits any style of saddle because it's completely adjustable. Engineered not to rub or make your horses shoulders stiff or sore.
